The Language of Letting Go for August

This is good. For me the old tapes told me I should already know, and if I didn`t I was dumb and stupid. To ask for help, showed me as weak and not very smart that I couldn`t figure it out myself.

What we don`t often realize, is that people quite often project their stuff onto us, especial the `A` in our life. They don`t want to fix it, so they say `Do it!`and Ms. Fixer Upper does it until she can say, `No that is your stuff, I am not taking it on.`

Anger is a mental block that stops the message coming from coming through, or what we get is distorted by our own perception.
