We are continually processing energy that flows through us. We experience those processes as emotions.

Energy continually flows into the top of your head, moves downwaard through your torso, and the returns to where it came from. The energy that flows through you is always pure and wholesome.

You cannot grow spiritually without learning ho to detach from your emotions and understand them as products of the way energy is processed in you own unique energy processing system.

Each emotion is a signal from your soul. When you ignore or repress emotions, you lose important information.
