Like the concept, go to the Source.
I need to be still, I prefer quiet, but often I need to go there when I am in the middle of chaos. I was told to breathe in and take my breathe to my center and to where I have pain, in order to let go. Prayer is asking, meditation is listening for the answers. I need to get me out of the way, so my God can work through me, instead of around me. I can't hear when there is internal chatter. Allow your God to transform your thinking from your dis-ease so you can hear His Good Orderly Direction.
