Guidance

Just like the sound of God's Guidance. I know that my best thinking got me to the doors of recovery. As much as I thought I was right and a leading authority, I was told, "Who died and made you god?"

Many times we are not capable and able to do, so instead of pushing through, wearing the mask of who ever I felt I should be, quit playing the role of martyr and victim, and know that there is help, and I don't have to go it alone.

This is a mental, emotional, spiritual and physical disease, and I have to work my program on ALL levels.

The thing I learned which was a blessing, was to stay out of my own way, and allow my God to do the work without me giving Him a helping hand and a few words of advice.
