Through our dis-ease, we tend to use people, places, and things. People are important, when we isolate, we block our God from our life, as He utilizes people, places and things to show me a better way of life.
In order to get out of Self, help someone else, even if it is a smile or a hug. It has been my experience, that there is always someone else worse off than me, and reminds me to be grateful.
