by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 Peter 1:4

Psalm 121:8 - 8 The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 — Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

We can't always control what happens to us, but we can always control how we choose to respond. In those moments when I choose to stop complaining and instead give thanks to God for the good in my life, the parts that seem bad start to seem less significant. Choose to keep a positive attitude and thankful heart regardless of what you are going through.
