This gave me food for thought. I think it was the title. At the shore there are tides, coming and going.
It is about picking up my God in the morning and thanking Him at night. A day can start any time, in my case, because of my sleeping disorder, a day starts over many times, and each time I wake up, I try to remember to pray and ask Him in for the next 24 hours. If I don't ask in the moment, the day catches up with me, and I have to pause and reconnect.
