We're No Different From Everyone Else

Beyond what has happened to all of us as the result of us trying to make things better for ourselves, our original problem is, the one that everyone else has, that's the same for all of us, and is not one of our making. This problem is the one that everyone else struggles with, and ironically for us it is all about power, and everything that has to do with power. Those of us who are in recovery have learned all about this problem first hand, and the hard way by all of us being powerless. We know what it means to have this problem from a different perspective than what everyone else might have, but nonetheless we know all about having this problem that's the same for all of us that everyone is born with. What's interesting for all of us who are powerless and in recovery is the solution we use to live by will also work for those who aren't powerless like us. Once our powerlessness is removed from us and is no longer a question we're no different from everyone else when it comes to all of us having this problem about power. The only thing for us in recovery is we all have been able to find a solution for this problem through being powerless that very few who are not powerless like us, will ever be able to find.
