Used to happen every time I had a birthday. Now that I am 71, I don't care so much. If stressed, I just change my reality and say, I am 17 and young in heart and spirit. Age is just a number, not something to be focused on and made an issue of.
Sometimes we can make a big issue of something, that really isn`t important. It is, and I need to find acceptance.
