Attraction

None of us like a self promoter. It's easy to sense their hidden agenda and we find it very annoying to be around them. In recovery we'll meet people whom we are attracted to. There's something about them we're not even sure what it is, but there is something. We're drawn to them as we try to figure out more about them and what that is. We sometimes find these people can be a bit strange, or even odd looking, but still there's something about them that we just can't figure out and we have this attraction to them. The power that's found in this program of recovery needs no promotion, and we'll find that we'll always be attracted to it because we are powerless people who are seeking a power greater than ourselves.
