Just For Today – Part 2 — Day 7 - Put On Garments From God by SGLY Ministry

Just for Today I will put on… GARMENTS FROM GOD
I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom in his wedding suit or a bride with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10 (NLT)

Today’s Action:
Just for Today let’s realize what we as believers have been clothed with.

In Christ, we are specially adorned with God’s finest garments!

Everyday we should give thanks that we are so well dressed, for God has clothed us with Salvation, Righteousness, Gladness, and Praise.

As the angel of the Lord told Paul in Acts 12:8 “Put on your garment and follow me” so let us do likewise today. As we wear God’s garments, let’s be overwhelmed with joy as we walk through the world, following Him, fully clothed in what He has so richly given us to wear.
