Default P-O-W-E-R Worship: Day 18

P-O-W-E-R Worship: Day 18 by SGLY Ministry

Today’s Scripture: “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.” Psalm 29:2 KJV

Today’s Thought:
Worship means to bow down, to reverence. Holiness means something set apart, separate.
Therefore, I believe this verse is saying that we should give the Lord the glory and honor that is due Him by bowing down to Him, first of all in our hearts, and also physically if possible, in reverence to His name.
Our worship time should be a time that is set apart, a special time that we make in our day to spend with Him. It can be any time or place if it is done within our hearts.

Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
Right now I want to give You the glory that is due You.
I want to praise You as my Lord. I want to give You thanks for being my Savior. I want to set aside this time to worship You in spirit and truth (John 4:24)
I want to do this everyday God, therefore, I purpose to worship You daily within the chambers of my heart, mind and soul.

Today’s Action: Worship:

Reverence His name
Submit to His word
Give Him the praise, honor and glory due Him

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
God says that each of us is worth loving.
