Default Could Have Ever Hoped For

In order for all of us to get recovery and to have it work for us it requires that we all be present and live in the now. This is something that none of us with this problem of ours is very good at but all of us can learn how we can do this from being in recovery. The first thing that it teaches all of us about living in the now is that it is the only way that any us are going to be able to change the way we are. What we've all been doing up to this point is doing just the opposite for all of us, and keeping us all locked in to doing what's not working for any of us that's causing all of us more trouble than it's worth. We learn to keep in mind that we're not going to live forever, and that each day is but an opportunity for us to learn and grow from our mistakes. By doing this we all lose that fear of being here now and in the present moment so we are now able to learn how to live better. When we live in today all of us will get better, not necessarily those things around us will, just us, at being able to handle them better does. This is all that any of us could have ever hoped for is to be able to handle life better than the way all of us have been handling life up to now.
