I was told when wrapped up in self go to a meeting and ask at least 3 others how they are doing and not to talk about my situation at all . If I was unable to make it to a meeting then call someone and ask how they are doing and practice listening . Again without mentioning the stuff that has me all twisted up , which was usually my thinking ���� this almost always frees me from the bondage of me me me .
