Judge not lest you be judged.
http://www.bartleby.com/108/40/7.html Have been slapped with so many labels, I look at them for what they are and ignore them. I just work my program, the 12 Steps are applicable to all areas of my recovery. Through the 12 Steps I became whole. If I am missing a piece in today, then I can go to my God and asked for help and healing. Like today, I have had a head ache since I woke up. I just realized, that the posting is done, and I can surrender and go back to my bed. I had to recognize that my bed was a place I used to use to hide from reality and I could shut off and shut down from what I didn't want to see, hear, and/or acknowledge. It was like playing hide and seek with my life. Does matter if the labels are real or imagined, they can mess with my mind and my recovery if I let it. It doesn't matter if someone else does it or I put them on myself. They leave me with a mark, that makes me a target and an excuse to go out and use. Judge not lest you be judged.
