The lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me lye down in green pastures. He leads me by still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in the path of righteousness for his namesake.

Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death. I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff comfort me.

Although I'm not what you would call a religious person.This is how I felt when I came to AA. In the valley of the shadow of death. Through the power of my higher power, (whom I choose to call God) AA and it's beautiful members, He has restored my soul. Oh happy day today, I did not get up and take a drink.
Thank you for the last 24 hours and guild me through the next 24 hours.
