Like always, Alkie Speaks, speaks to me. It reminds me of a 12 Step call I made with a member of my group. She had never been on a call before, she was the drive, and I was the experienced one, I had been on two calls before with a long-timer. I had about 3 years sober.
I took one look at the lady who was 70 years old, extremely over weight, who looked completely lost, because she had dumped 1/3 of a bottle of Vodka down the sink. I just took one look at her and said, "Do you need a hug?" She got a year sober before I lost touch with her.
