Really like this. I had the thought when reading it, "I could have written this."
As a friend told me many years ago, "Put it out to the Universe and see what you get back." You breathe in the goodness, and let go of what no longer serves us in today. I was told to breathe in, take it to where you need it, hold and then let go.
