Default Half Empty Half Full

We can choose to look at things anyway we like. Before recovery most of us became used to looking at the negative or the half empty side of everything. Usually without realizing we were doing it or not knowing why we did, we just did. None of us liked that we did this, we just knew we were always doing it. In recovery we'll learn how to look for the positive and experience the benefits of doing so. Recovery doesn't change things, it changes us, in a way that from now on we know that no matter what comes along now, it's always better for us when we look for the positive or the half full side of things.
