The Opposite of Fear is Love

Fear is the mind killer. Fear causes our muscles to freeze, forbidding our fleeing or fighting. Fear numbs our mental powers, striking us dumb and incapable of developing plans to deal with dangerous situations. Fear causes us to hide, digging holes to escape that which attempts to ruin us. Fear brings tears. Fear leads to depression, withdrawal and all too often, thoughts of suicide.
