Two things about the path we're on that comes with having this problem. First, none of us would have ever chosen this path for ourselves, and second is the fatal nature of this path that we're all on. The longer we go down this path it's not hard to see just how fatal it is for us to be on this path. When we others who are on the same path as we are, and who are doing the same things that we're doing, that are no longer with us, because of being on the path we're on. It's scary alright, but that doesn't stop any of us from continuing to go down that path. The only thing that can do that for us is recovery and it can show all of us how we can change the path we're on to one that is much better. To the one that most people are living on that gets the most out of life and makes the best use of what little time we have here. That doesn't waste it like we've all have been by going down the path that our problem has put us on.
