Exercising or getting outdoors to enjoy nature

Practicing deep breathing, meditation, or muscle relaxation
Making and following through with an action plan(What is a PDF document?) to solve your problems.
Seeking counseling if you continue to struggle with stress.

Great List..I often find that adding aroma therapy to music/meditation or a bubble bath enhances the experience immensely.

It has been suggested to me to journal as a coping skill. I am not very good about it though. I do some of the ones ya'll suggested.

Journaling was good for me. I filled 6 books in two years. Of course, when I looked back when I had 6 years sober, I realized a lot of it was a laugh and a half, because as much as I thought I knew everything, I knew nothing. I just had to get the feelings out and it helped to put them down on paper. When I went on the internet, and shared at sites, I stopped journaling.
