May 16: Refuse to worry about people and things that you have no responsibility for or control over. You have enough to attend to where you do have authority without reaching beyond your rightful limits. Release yourself from any liability that is not rightfully yours and stay within the limitations of what you are in charge of. 1 Thessalonians 4:9-12 But concerning brotherly love you have no need that I should write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another; and indeed you do so toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brethren, that you increase more and more; that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.

May 17: There are issues in your life that you need to confront with truth and righteousness. You can do this by defining your goals and confronting your resistance to carry out your intentions. This can only be done by self-examination and getting to the root of the problem, which is likely to be fear. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

May 18: Ephesians 4:29-32 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

May 19: There are things that I want to reveal to you that you have not yet considered. However, you have to come to Me in the Spirit to see and understand. Position yourself to receive the revelations of this time in your life, says the Lord, and I will show you things to come. Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trust in You.

May 20: To those who have been obedient to My leading and continue to seek My face, you are on the verge of significant breakthrough. You will begin to catch a glimpse of your destiny and be able to progress in ways you have not yet considered. I am leading you every step of the way, and you will have to be careful to not get ahead of Me, says the Lord. Psalm 27:14 Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!

May 21: Set aside time to rest and reevaluate what you have done, what you must do, what you want to do, and how you will go about it. There are places of neglect and regret that need to be rectified as you establish yourself in divine order. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

May 22: Examine yourself to make sure that you have forgiven every person who has come against you in any way. That is the only way for you to receive forgiveness for what you have done to others in thought, word, or deed. You cannot progress until you are blameless in this aspect of your life, says the Lord. Mark 11:25-26 And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.

May 23: You are beginning a new chapter in your life. The past is behind, and the door is open to your future. It is up to you to write the next chapter. You will do this by the decisions you make and what you choose to do with every day. Choose carefully and wisely with the understanding that your thoughts, words, and deeds will reap their own consequences either good or bad. Galatians 6:7-8 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.

May 24: Even when life is difficult to navigate and it seems like you cannot make sense of what is happening around you, I am still with you, says the Lord. Stay the course, and continue to do your best; I will take care of the rest. You can trust Me to do what you cannot do and take you where you cannot go on your own. Maintain an unrelenting faith. Mark 11:22-24 So Jesus answered and said to them, Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

May 25: Gather your strength, make a plan, and do what needs to be done in preparation for the next leg of your journey. It might not be easy, but it will be necessary. There will be highs and lows in your circumstances, but you must maintain your spiritual equilibrium regardless of what you are facing in the natural realm. Your strength to endure will come from your relationship with Me, says the Lord. Psalm 84:5-7 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a spring; the rain also covers it with pools. They go from strength to strength; each one appears before God in Zion.

May 26: Be alert and pay attention to the small things. Knowing the details will make all the difference at this time and can be extremely important to the outcome of situations you encounter. Exercise your discernment so that you can avoid costly mistakes. Know that I am with you to take you in the right direction, says the Lord. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

May 27: Things that have been murky or that you have been undecided about will now become clear. The mental fog is lifting, and you will be able to see the road ahead with more clarity. The path before you has been carved out, and the way has been established. Rise up with determination to follow My lead, says the Lord. I am with you all the way. Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

May 28: Watch for circumstances that cause you to feel helpless and not equipped to handle. Refuse to dump down in despair and helplessness. Rise up to your potential in Me, says the Lord. Remind yourself that you belong to Me, and that you can do all things that have been given to you when you trust Me to bring you through. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

May 29: You are stepping into a time of renewal when solving problems will be easier than it has been. Listen for My still small voice to guide you and give you wisdom. Stay focused and deal with one thing at a time so that you do not get overwhelmed. Be righteous, says the Lord. Psalm 23:3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

May 30: Even though your breakthrough is not necessarily what you wanted or expected, it is a new beginning. What is behind you is in the past, and you will have opportunities to forge ahead in unexpected ways. Continue on with the understanding that I will never leave you nor forsake you, says the Lord. Be strong and unwavering. Hebrews 13:5-6 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said: I will never leave you nor forsake you. The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me? May 29, 2024: You are stepping into a time of renewal when solving problems will be easier than it has been.
