I think it's common for us to feel bad about things we have done in the past. However, we do have to be gentle with ourselves and realize that when we are actively in our disease we aren't ourselves. Once in the recovery process we learn that we can acknowledge our past and work on doing things differently and become better people and do better things. We also learn to be gentle and tolerant with others. Thanks for sharig.
