Default The Speed Of Recovery

Sick and tired of being sick and tired is where we all have to get to before we're interested in trying to do things differently. From a deep desire to have control over something, we ended up having to run the whole show and we knew that is way more than we could handle, but we got stuck there unable to do anything about it until we reached that point of being sick and tired. We all eventually get there. For some of us this can happen right away, for others it can be a whole lifetime in recovery before it happens for them. It coincides with how much pain we're willing to live with. But it's not until we're all sick of being sick and tired are we going to be able to start doing things another way. Then and only then do we know what it is to be happy, joyous and free.
