Quick list before I head to my daily morning meeting:
coffee my car friends in AA my graduate program supportive colleagues and supervisors music my HP my sponsor daily phone calls feeling healthy today perspective 79 days sober today Have a wonderful day my friends.

Meditation and prayer
Waking up early 80 days sober The daily reprieve I get from my HP Being productive coffee Getting healthy this year running and hiking yoga my car and apartment podcasts music fellowship Keeping my attitude of gratitude makes it more difficult to be negative, thank God for that. Have a great day my friends
