Having a chuckle about this. Got up at my group to speak at a three year anniversary and shared that I had just discovered that I had an ego. I was surprised because I thought it was a man thing. The look on their faces was priceless.

Found this to be interesting, especially the part about being a block to spirituality. No wonder the Big Book says we are selfish, self-centered, etc. and we need a spiritual solution.
