I hope this reaches the right area....

Today I am grateful for walking up so early
There is that place between the space that existed between what had to be done (some helping my friend) and that which could wait
I am grateful to learn it doesn't have to be all or nothing...there is time to do, time to relax and time to refocus, like coming here
I am truly grateful for the fellowship of the programs, where even a gentle smile or nice firm hug means the world to me

looks like I have two gratitude threads going....i will try to keep to the first one...don't know how to merge them...like I said things were a little crazy coming to the site after it crashed.
