Taco Soup
 

Taco Soup by Rose F.

1 lb hamburger
12-14 oz stewed tomatoes
2 cans corn
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans (optional)
1 can green chilis (optional)
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
tortilla chips
shredded or grated cheese

Brown and drain hamburger. Add remaining items, juice and all. (Add a little water if it is too thick). Simmer in a crockpot all day. Serve over crushed tortilla chips, top with grated cheese.
