Loved one in rehab northern kentucky. HELP

Got message my loved one got a restart. She just made phase 1. What's a restart? How would someone get a restart ? Do they go back mt or sos ? Thanks for any help lost no clue an now no Christmas with one I love.

Hi Dmorgan, :17: Glad to have you join us. I am not really sure what you are speaking of being that I have not been in rehab myself. What is she in rehab for?

Thank you for sharing. Not too sure myself, but when we come into recovery, we are given a second chance at life. It sounds like she has taken Step One, possibly Steps Two and Three. Now she gets to the program Steps 4-9. If they have a third phase possibly the maintenance Steps, 10-12.
