Just sending a hello to all my friends and visitors.
My apologize for the overload of posts lately, but coming to the site and sharing with you all helps me deal with my pain and helps me to maintain my sobriety.
I thank you for being a part of my life. The frog stands for cleansing. I have to cleanse my body, mind, and spirit. Water also keeps me grounded. Something I very much need when I am grounded by the weather here lately.
